Built in 2008, the Lucky is the premier place to live. I live in a 1 bedroom on the penthouse floor that looks over the garden with a slight lake view. My apartment is fully furnished, with stainless steel appliances, fire places, will include wall mount for tv, and the top of the line furnished and crown moldings. I am looking to sub lease it out until Aug. 15, 2009. The apartment easily sleeps two and if you would like you can request bunk beds! The cost is $1710 (includes top of the line security, and interenet) cable is $50, and water is $10.25 every month. I will pay your first electricity bill, the average bill is $60.00!!
