We are a family looking for land with a home. Facilities must be suitable for horses. Lease w/option or?? We plan to move in 3-5 years. However, we are open to locating property now for the right price/terms.
Property must include:
-3+ bedroom home
-Horse facilities
-20+ acres
-Close to city/employment
-Prefer seller to stay on property until we are ready to move.
-Prefer low humidity -- some snow OK.
-We homeschool so area schools are not an issue.
We would like an area with a small town feel but also with economic/job potentials.
