Located in the Mountains of West Virginia just outside of historic Jacksons Mill is this charming 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom house located on 3/4 acre of land. The total interior size of the house is about 1200 sq ft. Prior to the housing market slump similar houses in the area were selling for over $115,000. In 2007 we paid only $75 in property tax.

ANY resonable offer will be considered, If you have your own financing and can close quick send us a cash offer and we will go from there, at this point we are desperate to sell the house and will sell it if needed for well under $50,000

We are able to provide our own financing to buyers and the interest rate will vary upon the down payment made.

We are just 2 average people, trying to raise our children and make ends meet, it is costing us more to have this house vacant than we can really afford, I work about 2 hours away from its location so living in it is out of the question.

The house does need some work, nothing major is needed, nothing that some paint (which is still in the house) and a few hours of work would not take care off, I do feel that I should mention there is a small hole in the bedroom ceiling from where our daughter fell thru while I was in the attic. Included with the house is a Gas Stove, Fridge as well as a Washer and Dryer.

The house is a only a 2BR however there is a extra room that could be turned into a small bedroom, that's what my wife and I done when we lived there with our 2 children. The basement has a lot of room for storage, it also doubles as the washroom.

Prior to us taking ownership of the house there was a new roof put on, windows put in through the entire house and siding, The bathroom, kitchen and I guess you would call it a sun room were all redone. The house has amazing potential for expanding, there is also a well that is located on the property which if used would be great for filling up a pool, washing cars, water the lawn, etc. It is not currently hooked up as we have city water there however it shouldn't take much to make it functional again.

You could not ask for better neighbors, They have been there for years and years and can probably tell you more about the house than I can. It is very quiet and very private.

I-79 is only 5 minutes away as well as down town Weston. Clarksburg/Bridgeport is about a 30 minute drive, the same with Buckhannon. Cable Internet and TV is also available. This house is way under market value even with the economy being the way it is.

So you don't have good credit? Maybe you have no credit? Or a prior bankruptcy? NO PROBLEM!

Hi, my husband and I live in WA and are contemplating a move to either WV, TN or NC.

Have you had any offers on your home?

Thanks,
