Hi everyone, I have just recently found this site and I'm loving it. So many great questions and advice. I also see that their are lots of people looking to come to North Al. I'm a home owner in the Athens area and I have a lot to sell on the same Golf Course I live on. It is a beautiful place and the lots are being swept up quick by builders. If anyone is interested please let me know. The living is country and the lifestyle is easy! Just so you know, I am not an agent or a builder!
Ok, just read your post on another thread that you have the lot at southern gayles. Which one, how much, and how big? I live on the Drawbaugh Side.....
The lots are on Bain Rd. Southern Gayles course at your back door and nothing but beautiful countryside in the front!I have 2, .48 lots or buy both and have almost a full acre. They will be going for under the cost of most other lots on the course and the great thing is, no one can build in front of you. The lots are really beuitful!
