I am wanting to build sometime soon on my lot in the estates but I can not until I have sold 1 of my 2 investment lots in the esates. If any one is looking to buy a half acre cul de sac lot, I would love to work it out with you. I can beat any price that LGI(the land salers) can offer.

Default Benders landing lot
Please post information on your 1/2 acre lot in Benders Landing if you still own it. We will be visiting tomorrow looking at the 1/2 acre lots.

I have both lots still. They are cul de sac lots. They were the first two lots purchased from that section. I had my pick
