We have decided to place our first Florida home on the market.
This is a 2-story, 2-apartment duplex on a huge lot in a neighborhood near downtown Port St. Joe, FL.
We bought the house two years ago and have spend that time remodeling the one bedroom (1st floor) and the 2 bedroom (2nd floor) to a level that we would be comfortable living in ourselves. It sits on two lots on a corner with lots of open space. The two lots are each 150' x 47'.
We have purchased another home nearby, so we though we would sell this one (ya know, two mortgages are tough). Both units are currently rnted.
