My husband and I need to relocate so we are trying to find someone to take over the remaining 6 months on our lease that is up Jan 31.
$930/month plus utilities for 2/2 apt. that over looks the Ridgeview Golf Course, in a safe, quiet neighborhood with attached garage. The grounds are really nice, with lots of big trees, gym, basketball court, clubhouse, two swimming pools and a doggie park.
The address is 2300 Kathryn Ln, and it is near Hwy 121. We are minutes from several grocery stores, gas stations, fast food and expensive dining, theaters, and main roads. Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart, Target, Willowbend Mall, Valley View Mall, The Galleria, and Stonebriar Mall are all within 10-15 minutes. Great location for anything you would need.
