we have decided spur of the moment to move to another state and need to get out of our lease. great great house just 5 minutes north of downtown fort worth - nice safe older neighborhood (oakhurst scenic - houses built in the 1930s - lots of old oak trees). 2 bedrooom house with hardwood floors, very well insulated, can't hear a sound from outside (my husband LOVES to blast his music), stays cool during the summer because of all the oak trees, tons of closet space, comes with washer dryer and refrigerator (in my prior search found the refrigerator is not common), huge backyard...i've included a link to the craigslist posting below:
