This is a one bedroom and den with a walk in closet in each area and a bathroom in each area as well that I am offering to rent. It includes living space, dining room, office area, hallway, master bedroom, den, one full bath, one half bath, several closets and a kitchen. The whole apartment is around 1200 sq feet and in a great apartment complex. The entire place is very roomy and the floors are carpet except for the kitchen and bathrooms that are tile. There is also a newly built deck attached that looks out onto a beautiful creek that during the summer it has swans and sometimes cranes! The view is just gorgeous!!!! This place is really a great deal. This apartment is the only one with the extra walk in closet in the den that is in any of the apartments at all. The market value of the apartment for a one bedroom and den is $1150 and I am offering it for $1095. That is way under market value and you are getting a great deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



The apartment alone includes a lot of extras within its self. All of the utilities are paid except for electricity which runs between $20 and $50 a month depending on how much you use the electricity. It is also internet and cable ready and that all depends on who you would like to use. I have been using comcast because the satelit companies dont get a great signal. There is a large kitchen with a built in bar space, ample cabinetry space, dishwasher, stained chocolate wood cabinetry, plenty of granite countertop space and great tile flooring. The rest of the apartment is completely covered in brand new carpet except the bathrooms that are also tile. There is an area for the dining and living with plenty of natural sunlight and fresh air from the balcony glass doors. The balcony is new and has plenty of room for a gas grill on it and a few chairs for seating and relaxing. Out here there is a great view expecially at night of the stars and the creek that leads to the lake right on the other side of the building.



There is a clubhouse that is available to all of the residents and guests as well. The clubhouse includes a large fitness room with any workout machine that you could imagine and flat screens to occupy you while you get that great exercise. In the fitness area is also suanas that help you give that extra boost of relaxation and weight loss. The leasers also provide yoga and pilaties classes to residents to get that extra workout free of charge! They also have dance classes, in which they are currently teaching hip-hop. Its very convienant because they have their own large dance room in the clubhouse they do this in and free to us! Within the clubhouse also includes a billards room with lounge area and tv in it, a local kitchen and living room with large flatscreen tvs. This space is provided to residents that can rent it out for parties at their own leisure! There is also an indoor/outdoor pool that is heated and just amazing with lawn chairs to relax in and get your suntan. Next to the indoor pool is a jacuzzi as well. One other thing that is included in the rent is a large lake that all the residents buildings surround. It is fully stocked with small to really large fish, crab, turtles, and other animals! And the good thing is you can fish in it as well! Around the lake are picnic areas and they are currently getting ready to put firepits in as well! There is also tennis courts if you are into those as well! Around the lake is also a walking path that is called a fit trail because it provides stations for exercise throughout the trail. On the trail is also doggie stations to make sure residents clean up after their pets and keep the area nice looking!



This place is just amazing and you have to see it and you would know that its the best thing in the neighborhood. You will have to have a vehicle obviously since you are in the suburbs, but its only about a 10-15 minute ride to the mall in Schaumburg, There is a 7-11, Barrington Square Mall right across the street and gas stations, IHOP, Steak-n-Shake, Malls, Wal-mart, Grocery Stores, Miniature golf (anything you could need) right around the corner. There is also a hospital a few blocks down just in case you would like to know...



The building does have laundry on every floor of each building that only charges $1.25 per cycle and if you need any dry cleaning there is one right across the street! Very convienant!!!!


I am trying to move asap out of state for work and really need to get this apartment rented out asap! Please come and take a look at this amazing place and see all the extras that you get for free you will be amazed! There is so many nice people that live around here and the free parties that the leasing company offers are just amazing. We had a super bowl party were they offered to watch the game on big screens that in the clubhouse, with free beer!!! homemade chili!!! snacks and several other treats!!! They do several parties a year for every holiday almost they also offer a great great great 4th of july show with fireworks and cookout and live bands and lots of things for the children it is just so much fun! You will love this place and the price for this place is just amazing. There is no other place close to here that will give you so much stuff for this price!
