We'll take it! :-) We live in north eastern California and have horse property and home here. We love it here but my husband is from Sulphur Springs / Brashear and wants to return to be closer to his daughters who live in Houston and his parents who live in Arkansas so SS/Brashear is right between them both and has the land features we enjoy (rolling pastures and big trees) like here in California. Once we sell our home, your place is exactly the type of property and price we'll be looking for.
