Granny put home on market house dosent sell, granny signs new contract to sell house unable to hold payments leases house out to unpaying tentants. Granny Refinances home thru a mortgage company that goes to prison for bad loan practices. Mean while house on the market isent selling at this point the house is a moneypit. Granny updates fixtures and appliances flooring etc. Well Landscaped. Meanwhile, Grannys Mentally disabled child is off making grandchildren Granny eventually loses home of 20plus yrs., to new investors that insist on standing to the bad loan practices. Granny gives up and loses home leaving granny homeless with new grandchildren on their way to CPS for lack of stability and economics. Granny has other secure investments and is desperately seeking an investor to puchase home. Its a win win situation, for the over all wel being of everyone concerned. Please make offer. House was appraised for 250k and is availble for less then 1/5. Well maintained New Roof, with air conditioner out of code with new regulation demands. Please make a great investment in the over all welbeing of your pocketbook and society. Looking for 3yr lease and assumable loan. Please help granny not be the saddest person.
