Default Ohio State

If you like the college bar/club vibe, that's one place that Cleveland is relatively deficient and North High St. in Columbus with Ohio State is superior.

Cleveland really excels at high-brow events for yuppies and yuppies-at-heart, such as First Fridays at the Cleveland Museum of Art atrium and Third Fridays at the East 78th Studios in the Gordon Square neighborhood.

Here's a summary of the more traditional nightlife in Cleveland, but there are many hotspots in suburbs.

I agree Cleveland's nightlife is better than Columbus and Cincy. Cleveland was really taken up a notch w/ the opening of The 9 and The Vault in it's basement...plus no other city has anything like Playhouse Square for night life.

Even Cleveland's new Hofbrauhaus blows Cincy's away.
