How much longer (with development in all sections of the city) do you think Cleveland will continue to see this rapid decline in population? In the 90s with a lot of development, Cleveland's city population decline slowed rapidly. Now, the city could be on the brink of billions in new investment. Do you see the city's population slowing down on the decline?

Well, you have to look at the reason for the decline. From about 1975 through 2000, we saw a large loss of blue collar jobs to the "Sun" belt and then to Mexico and the far east. The question is, have we fully turned the corner away from the industrial reliance we once built upon. My observations make me believe that we have and in a big way. Better days appear on the horizon. And, it's really not that bad right now.
