I noticed the other day that these were being knocked down. With all the development happening on Euclid, I'm hopeful that they're being knocked down because someone is looking to develop the land. Does anyone know if these are being knocked down for a developer, or, as is probably more likely, just to make the street look nicer and open up more parcels for potential development?

I am in contract to purchase my first income property and it happens to be in Ohio. I hope they decide to keep the Victorian look of new things brought up.

But I think the new builds will be good for lead containment in the area.

i would like to see mid-rise and a couple of high-rise buildings built to the curb, line euclid ave from the clinic to CSU. shops and stores on the ground level with apts., condos and parking above. put the green space on top for the tenants to relax in the summer.. imho that would be the way to develope euclid ave.
