Welcome back to Cleveland!

If you remember what Cleveland State looked like 2-3 years ago, then it's going to look like a night and day difference to you. So much more construction, dorms, and a rapidly rising "college town" feel.

I would recommend looking:

- Downtown (E. 4th, Gateway, E.12, Warehouse District)
- Little Italy/University Circle (Healthline bus ride away)
- Cleveland State nearby apartments (1900 Euclid Ave, 2901 Euclid Ave, University Lofts)

Prices I would say $580-$1000...with a roommate you can probably knock it down to $400-$500 each depending on the 2-bedroom.

Places like Little Italy have whole houses around that price...so you can have more than one roommate and it's affordable.

A great place to start: Cleveland Apartments - Find Your Cleveland Apartment on ApartmentGuide.com

Most of the apartments listed at the link below are within a 15 minute walk to the campus (the Crittenden is maybe 20 minutes -- Stonebridge is about 2 miles away). Buses also run near each of them.

Downtown Apartments for Rent - Downtown Neighborhood in Cleveland, OH on ApartmentGuide.com

Also, a kid I know lived in the Chesterfield at 12th and Chester Ave. He really liked it.
