Yep, Cleveland is an excellent food town. More importantly, it is all accessible.

Hello and welcome!!!

The places I enjoy eating at downtown are:

Brasa Grill on West 9th (Brazillian style)
Mallorca (Spanish style)
Sushi Rock (A hip little spot where you'll find good sushi and very stylish guests)
Metro Bar and Kitchen (Watch a few passers-by, grab some apps, have a drink)
Barley House (A party-hearty pub with good — and hearty — bar eats)
XO Prime Steakhouse (Memorable steaks, shrimp cocktails, stylish scene. Later at night, trend city)
Zdara (Mediterranean cuisine on the menu, belly dancers on the dance floor (weekend nights)
Blind Pig Speakeasy (The pizza-and-beer-and-hoodie vibe make for a casual woohoo parlo)
John Q's Steakhouse (perennial favorite. Good steaks, other standards and an occasional nice surprise
Morton's of Chicago
Hard Rock Cafe( An international safe house: rock 'n' roll with a side of burgers-and-fries)
The Greenhouse Tavern (Green-friendly restaurant with a wide-ranging drink list )
La Strada (A voyage into the Mediterranean with Fellini flicks projected on the wall)
Lola (Pre-eminent restaurant starring chef-owner Michael Symon
Pickwick & Frolic/Hilarities 4th Street Theatre (An entertainment superstore, with comedy, a chic cocktail bar and fine dining)
Saigon (Affordable and tasty Asian cuisine, with nifty cocktails and glowing lighting)
Chinato (Contemporary Italian food by acclaimed chef Zack Bruell)
Zocalo Mexican Grill & Tequileria (Sombreros. Mexican food. Glowing lanterns. Tequila! )
Gillespie's Map Room (A cozy bar with maps on the wall and beers on tap)
Bob Golic's Sports Bar & Grille (Owned and operated by the former Browns great)
Wonder Bar (The 40-foot-long bar and vintage look scream old Cleveland)
Flannery's Pub (This Irish pub-eatery was the first to stake a claim in the neighborhood, in 1997)
Corner Alley (A bowling alley, Cocktail lounge, Retro diner)
Erie Island Coffee Co (Laid back coffeehouse amid the hustle and bustle)
Harry Buffalo (Cheap eats near The Q)

AND SO MANY MORE! I CAN'T THINK OF EVERYTHING OFF HAND...

Don't forget about the infamous Little Italy and Tremont area... OMG!!! Delicious!!!
