I was thinking about taking the red line to Little Italy next month. Is the walk from the rapid station to Mayfield rd dangerous(I'd probably just walk down E119th..or would it be safer to just take E 120)?

By the way, this will be during broad daylight.

I ride from that stop everyday. It's very safe. There's a police station across the street too FYI. Lastly, it is completely surrounded by new $400k townhomes.

Coltman, 119th, and 120th are safe day and night. I live there btw...

Thanks, CM.

Yeah, I noticed all of the new construction going on in the area--it looks great. I'm just not all too familiar with Little Italy, so I figured this is the best place to ask just to be sure. And CityData delivered, as usual.

The area is growing quickly and very safe.

Not to mention Cleveland Police, Case Police, and University Circle Police patrol the area.
