Thats because they're pushing them through...Cleveland schools are awful

...and as the schools continue to deteriorate, the city continues to deteriorate. What a disgrace the Cleveland School system is; once a top school district, manipulated by social engineering has left the city with full-time daycare centers called schools. Attracting singles and retirees to live in the city for the urban experience is all good, but until Cleveland can attract middle-class families again, there will never really be a true renassiance.
