I still am kinda thinking about Minnesota but Cleveland is stealing my heart fast.

Stick with C-town! Yeah, we probably get a little more snow than Minnesota because of the lake effect snow machine, but we don't get nearly as cold as Minnesota for nearly as long.

Little Italy is definitely cheaper...BUT, finding places there is sometimes difficult since they never list them online. More word of mouth and "For Rent" signs in the middle.

BTW, Downtown is getting harder and harder to find room there: //www.city-data.com/forum/cleve...tes-reach.html

There are a ton of new properties going up though for which rooms can be reserved early though... This is exciting to me!

Anyone know where the largest concentration of students around CWRU is? I can't even find any shares on Craigslist at the moment.

I would guess Little Italy or the Coventry area of Cleveland Heights.

Always helpful, Costello! I am checking these out now! I noticed that Uni. East accepted Section 8. I have rented only a few times before as a college kid and just noticed that some places do accept it. Does this necessarily make up a large change in demographics or condition of the place? I don't mind living with poorer people or people of any background/ethnicity/race, but I don't want to live in a complex subject to a lot of crime or anything either. Any insight into how Section 8 functions, naturally, in that manner?
