I am moving to Cleveland to begin work in Public Square. Ideally, I hoped to live in a luxery highrise on E.4th or somewhere near. Unfortunately, I have a large dog (125lb English Mastiff) and nearly every management company I have talked to has said no.
Hoping someone has suggestions on large-breed friendly apartments in the area or a way to find apartments owned and managed by the same person (giving me a better chance of pleading my case).
In addition to downtown, I am open to Lakewood (Goldcoast), Ohio City, Tremont, and the Detroit Shoreway. Any other places I am missing? Looking for vibrant neighborhoods with young professionals that are close to downtown.

If anyone knows of specific apartment complexes that allow big dogs, please let me know!

Thank you in advance

I would try Lakewood. Or their some new condos near downtown called Battery Park. Right near the Lake.

Even Tremont as well. They have a nice dog park.
