Horseshoe Casino, Medical Mart, the Flats, University Circle growth, Warehouse District, East 4th, Ohio City, Tremont, Westside Market and the Indians. Also most downtown apts are full with waiting lists. WHY? The young folks want to be downtown. Please no playa hating.

The Velvet Dog is in the Warehouse District on West 6th
The Velvet Room (Velvet Tango Room) is in Tremont
