We have directions to a wedding in Cleveland that tell us to exit I-90 at E 152nd st and then follow the marginal road to the street. Is the marginal road the exit ramp? A frontage road? Thanks!

I-90 has a marginal road that runs along side of it from about E. 140th to about Vine St. in Eastlake. From E. 140th to 185th, it is also called Waterloo Rd. From 185th to Vine St., it is also called Lakeland Blvd. Many of the on/off ramps To I-90 are accessed directly from it.

The marginal road (frontage road) is actually called Marginal Road farther west. At 152nd Street, Cleveland_Collector is right, it's Waterloo or Lakeland. Where exactly are you going? That would help others give more specific directions.

It is a frontage road. It has different names in different areas, but everyone refers to it simply as "the marginal."

People who use the marginal a lot are good at merging. They don't always appreciate it when people who can't merge slam on their breaks, lol. They honk sometimes. If you can't merge well, don't let it fluster you!

Uh... no one FROM here calls it "the marginal". Maybe "Marginal" if referring to the part actually called "Marginal" but to my knowledge we generally do NOT call it anything other then its name. Whatever that may be wherever you are.

Ended up going straight thru on 71 to 90, so just had to exit and turn right. Thanks to everyone for the clarifications!

Just as an added nugget of information, North Marginal Road is north of I-90, and South Marginal Road is south of I-90 hahahahahhah
