Hi, Im going to be moving to the South Taylor/Cain Park area of Cleveland Heights from Akron, and wanted to know what peoples opinions of the area are. its been over a decade since i last lived in the area, and i know places can really change. Ive driven through and walked around some, but a few hours cant really compare to what people see in months and years. Any words would be helpful, thanks!!

Very nice, neighborly area. Some streets have been hit with foreclosures and have some blighted properties, but overall, it's fine. The nicest thing about that area is that you can walk to everything you need. Restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, great bakery (Fairmount and Taylor), big box stores, the state of the art community center, and the fantastic, recently remodeled, library are all within walking distance, or a short drive.

Really nice neighborhood. Lots of different people there. Close to John Carroll, Case Western, University Circle, Coventry.
