Hi Ive been here all my life (im 25 going on 26) and I have a love hate relationship with cleveland and i think its partly because of the people I hang out with and communicate with on a day to day basis. basically i just wanna meet positive people. about me: i am trying to finish up an accounting degree. i love sports and i play video games. i just want to meet some cool people who enjoy cleveland and know of a lot of places to go around the area. i usually stick to my area (bedford Hts) but i am willing to branch out

Check out Meetup.com, there are several interesting groups in Cleveland you could get involved with.

Yes, with MeetUp you can meet all the divorced 40+ year olds that Cleveland has to offer. You're still in school - why don't you meet people there? That's the best opportunity for new friends that you're going to have until you're in a retirement home.

Don't listen to the ironically named poster above. If you're not into meetup, which more than not is a resource to find out about what's going on in CLE, you could look for volunteering events. Today, for example, I'm helping to build a greenhouse for Community Greenhouse Partnership. If you're not into that, there are other organizations to get involved with. Volunteering is a great way to meet people while doing something positive for the community.
