So if the Indians consistently play .889 baseball, you'll come to the games? Do you also only buy ribeyes when they're 26 cents a pound?

This is all I've heard this week. Constant complaining about the fans and belittling of anyone who doesn't want to go to an Indians game. Funny though, if all you people actually bought tickets, the season would be sold out by now. That's how many of you there are.

I'm not belittling someone for not attending an Indians game, I'm belittling someone for saying well, if they would only go 8-1 every homestand, outscoring opponents 57-23, I'd be there. Yeah, you're not asking too much at all, guy.

To be fair, it could be worse. You could be Miami.

True. Miami is probably the most undeserving of sports city I've ever seen. Zero support, zero passion.

At least we still do have some good sports fans. Browns are wildly popular, even though they suck. I just wish people would pay attention to baseball more. I guess that's getting more difficult. Baseball has become less and less popular nationwide, not just in CLE. I'm in my 20s, but I'm already starting to feel old when it comes to this!

I wouldn't say zero passion, just zero perspective. Witness (pun intended) their hissy fit early this season about the Marlins, who have brought them two titles in less than two decades.

I no longer live in Ohio but I did go to 8 Indians spring training games and spent a fair amount in the team shop. Ticket packages where you pick the games are very reasonable so if your in the area, check out Goodyear.

bjimmy, you have 30 or so more years until you feel like most of us do.
