I'd say Ohio City. Lots of Victorian charm. Right now lots of different people inhabit the area... students, yuppies, teachers (that teach at St. Ignatius), people who want historic charm and near downtown. Lots of restaurants and of course the west side market on w. 25th.

Well, it appears that Ohio City is the oldest neighborhood. While the Flats was the first place Cleveland's founders arrived at. I do like Ohio City, it really is a great place, and lots of character. And as for me comments about Cincinnati and Over-The-Rhine, I've been really impressed by its renewal and the cool architecture there.

Does anyone know what ever happened to Newburgh. I know it used to be its own community, but where exactly is it in Cleveland?
