So if you've read any of my posts you know my husband and I have relocated to the eastern suburbs of Cleveland from Texas. We have a 4 year old daughter and a 3 month old daughter. We need to find things like pediatricians, pediatric dentists, daycare or preschool, doctors for us, etc. It's really hard to find reviews for these types of things online, and when you do there are typically only a few anyway. Our most urgent needs are daycare/preschool and pediatrician.

If anyone is comfortable replying with recs for these things or sending a private message, I would definitely appreciate it!

Our kids go to Dr. Senders and we love him.

www.senderspediatrics.com

I don't know if he is personally taking on new patients, but the rest of the doctors that we've dealt with at the practice have all been really good as well.

The daycare we go to is too far away for you, but I'd go with somewhere that gets at least 2 stars under Step Up to Quality.

ODJFS Online | Child Day Care

Did a quick search from that website...

Preschool, Childcare & Education - Bellefaire JCB - Cleveland, Ohio

Menorah Park Center for Senior Care provides child care that is open to the public

Excell Early Learning Center

Not sure if any have religious affiliation so check that if you care...

Not sure I understand this Step Up to Quality program. Are all daycares required to be rated by this program?

BTW you are the second to recommend Sender.

I believe it's voluntary, but I'd think that good ones would want the additional prestige of it. Idk. YMMV.

I also highly recommend Dr. Senders. Unfortunately I have yet to find a dentist in the area that I like.

What are you looking for in a preschool?

Loving environment with good curriculum to help prepare for kindergarten. I don't think she'd do well in Montessori as I think she needs more structure.

We go to Dr. Sharon Citron. We're not blown away, but I suppose that's kind of hard to do as a dentist. She has evening hours until 7 some days and Saturday appointments once a month and we haven't had any negative experiences so we just keep on keepin' on.
