Anybody going to this? Cleveland New Year's Eve | Ohio Homecoming this appears to be a first time thing, I was interested in taking the kids (3 and 4) but I couldn't find any FAQs to see if there was a family thing, or what was going to happen. Anybody privy to what this is going to be?

It's getting some serious buzz and I hear Drew Carey is doing the countdown:

Cleveland New Years Eve 2014 | Fireworks, Events, Concerts, Cruises, Hotels

It looks like for fun for all, family and adults.

Personally, I wouldn't take my 3 year old. Finding bathrooms might be a problem.

Fortunately, I'm in town! Hopefully will make it down to public square. Rapids are running all night to boot!

Massive party in a blizzard? Pretty awesome, except for the fact that there were only 2 points of entry, and they had to frisk every person that entered, forcing many people to wait in line for hours.
