Hello everyone....I just relocated to Cleveland about 4 days ago and have been dedicating all of my free time to try and find a place to live. I will be working at the VA Medical Ctr. and would like to be kinda close, but in a decent neighborhood. I am looking for something a little modern, neutral colors and free from any signs of wall paper or pink and white, blue and white tiles:- ) As attached garage would be great but not a deal breaker. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have to accept delivery of my furniture on Feb. 28th!! It is incredible how most places that I have gone to see look really nice on the outside but the inside of the homes leaves little to be desired! In case I didn't mention I am also in need of at least 1500 sqft. Anybody out there with some leads, ideas or suggestions please help.....Time is of the essence!!!!!

Here is something that probably doesn't meet all of your criteria but it is in a very desirable spot very close to the VA clinic.

Probably over 1,000 sq ft and 2+ bedrooms (tax site says 5,800 sq ft and 4 units in building). On Murray Hill Rd. in the heart of Little Italy and right next to the highly regarded Michalangelo's restaurant.

Here is a bigger home (duplex) in University Heights that isn't really modern but well maintained and fits the size needed.

And...another on Overlook by CWRU

Here is a big and pricey one in UH as well

I could give better help if you narrow down your bedroom needs, if you have children that need good schools and price range.
