Not Stockyards. Anywhere else with older workman cookie cutter style houses on tree lined streets.

I like it like you all use the same tactics yet somehow feel better than your "opponents" in this silly little fight you're having
Now please stop.
Yac.

Big old trees notwithstanding, I too am confused on how one could find any similarities between Chagrin Falls and Puritas, Cuddell, the Stockyards or Clark-Fulton. I highly doubt you will find any chain link fences in the front yards of houses in Chagrin Falls, let alone Plywood window coverings, barred over windows, graffiti'd garages and Christmas light wrapped porches in May. How many folks in Chagrin do you think have a huge Machine shops or Scrap yards or an abandoned warehouses as their front or back yard neighbor? How many lots in Chagrin have a big old Cinder block wall with Keep off Property spray painted on it, in view from the main thoroughfare (Denison and W. 63rd)? Good luck going down any street in the Stockyards, Cuddell or Clark-Fulton and not seeing stuff like that. Must have been a real quick, one time drive through the Stockyards if Chagrin falls came to mind when passing through.

Exactly. Gonna have to disagree with Yac about "the same tactics" spiel. One person is pretty obviously making things up or just doesn't have enough experience in the areas in question.

"Which side has more stuff" is a spectacularly stupid way to approach the question of thread and leads to absolutely asinine "debates" about whether downtown Cleveland is on the east side, or the West Side Market is downtown, or other stuff that means absolutely nothing.

I believe there is a subtle difference in one's concept of what Cleveland is and one's orientation toward the rest of the world, depending on which side of town he grew up on. That would be a much more interesting discussion, but it would require we act like adults...

So is the Cuyahoga river on the east side or the west side?

But the east side has better waves so they should probably get more credit.

Stockyards have 1950's houses, so I'm not talking about it. Puritas on the other hand has the common Cleveland style 1900's-1920's cookie cutter workmans frame houses. Now, some areas on the west side look better than others, but Puritas has some very nice looking areas. These very nice neighborhoods have well kept Cleveland style houses on tree lined streets. The same thing is in Chagrin Falls. I'm not comparing crime rates or schools or safety or anything statistical, but the general look of the neighborhoods.
