This is false. Overall the districts are essentially no different, but in terms of special programs (gifted, International Baccalaureate, arts, athletics), it's not even close, CH-UH offers more and of higher quality.

I'm in UH On Silsby near the Fenwick park, Target, etc. I'm not IN South Euclid but very close, so I don't know what my 2 cents is worth--I know things can change drastically between just a few streets.

I've only been in the area for a year, and I have LOVED it. Great neighbors, walkable streets, quick and easy access to downtown via the rapid, short drive to fun and charming destinations like Shaker Square, Little Italy, and University Circle. I've never felt unsafe, and I'm a young female.

I rent out bedrooms in my home. Between the hospital systems, Case Western and John Carroll, the commuter colleges, and the close proximity to downtown, I haven't had any issues finding quality tenants. I also plan on eventually turning my home into a full-time investment property in the same time frame as you.

Grew up in this general area, but a few blocks closer to Fairmount Circle. Great spot to try to get some good things from several types of lifestyles that other neighborhoods offer, but without compromising safety or high rents.
