I didn't feel it. At the time I was on an RTA bus. What with the bad roads and bad shocks, an entire bus ride can feel like an earthquake.

Now we all know the underlying reason why the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was located in Cleveland...the whole city rocks.

Here's an interesting article I just came across. It says that Lake Erie's record water level, due to so much rain, might have put enough pressure on the rocks underneath to have triggered the earthquake.

Could heavy rain have caused Cleveland earthquake?

I felt it very clearly from West Blvd., although I didn't imagine it was an earthquake until I read about it. I assumed it was some sort of construction or the like.

Earthquakes to me feel a little different than ordinary trembles like those from construction work. We had one in New England back in 2011 and it felt more like the earth was swaying like a pendulum, back and forth for about 30 seconds.

Yes... I've never felt one before, but all evidence, including these videos and reports from witnesses -- from San Francisco in 1906 to my friends in Cleveland 2 days ago, said earthquakes feel like a giant, rolling motion that's totally unnerving because you have absolutely no control.

We live near West Boulevard and Western Avenue, and my roomie told me he'd felt it "just a little".
