Downtown Cleveland just keeps GROWING!!!! I'm so happy to see this stalled development begin construction again after a decade of uncertainty. There hasn't been any new construction at The Avenue District since 2009!!!!

Hopefully this area takes off residential-wise and is added to CLE's growing, trendy hotspots like UC, Tremont, DT, OC, D-S...would be nice to add MidTown. Given the employment, hotel, and residential development going on, it will be.
