Does anyone know if there's going to be any "specialized" lighting effects atop the new "Flats East Tower" that is going up in the flats?
It seems like "all the rage" with all of the new towers, I've seen in other cities. I hope there is something luminous or neon like ... to light up the
Cleveland skyline in a spectacular fashion.

^ I have no idea, but I would be surprised if there wasn't a TON fo lighting.

Guys, I think the Flats are offically underconstruction. There are construction workers down there right now working! Anyone disagree? I know they had a ceremonial groundbreaking in 2008...maybe work has quietly resumed since all the financing is in place.

I think they have begun to uncover and test the infrastructure that was installed a couple of years ago. If this is the case, real construction isn't far behind.

Does anybody know what the latest status is for the proposed 21 story skyscraper that
was to begin construction on Public Square in 2008 ...
I remember all of the hype concerning this structure, but whatever became of this plan?

I believe the "Great Recession" happened and it dried up financing so I think that plan is dead.....it's a shame though

Exactly, the recession killed the credit line and financing.
