Have been gone for quite some time on this site with a recent move to Cincinnati. I can't get over what is happening in Cleveland. It probaly sounds cliche at this point, but Cleveland is really on a roll. When is the first phase of the Flats project going to be finished? When will you start to see the steel for the tower go up? This year?

I drove by it the other day. There is a small amount of construction equipment on the site along with some newly placed steel. My guess is that they'll start ripping away any time now. Estimated completion is still being finalized. I've heard late 2012 or early 2013, but it isn't anything other than hearsay at the moment.
