The average threshold for a 10 yr. payback on a new living structure is about $13.50/sq. ft. (annually) in our area. It seems like we're already there (unless developers are dreaming of a payback in less than 10 years).

The not-for-profit Playhouse Square performing arts center attracts more than 1 million visitors each year to it more than 1,000 annual events. I'm just really excited to see Cleveland becoming more than just a sports town. It's becoming a hip, foodie town. It's becoming a University town. It's becoming a science and technology town. It's taking the lead! Go Cleveland!
