An interesting article about the nucleus project. A quote from the article.

“One aspect of selecting Cresco for the job is that the city's high-profile downtown brokerages already represent other proposed office buildings. Proposals for new office towers are afoot from the lakefront and Flats to West 25th Street.”

I thought this was pretty cool. I found this on urbanOhio. The first picture is current and the second picture is someone’s rendering of the new Lumen Tower after completion.

Interesting. Unfortunately, Lumen stands out like an eyesore. I wonder how architects/city planners view such an outlier.

I kind of like the way it stretches the skyline. And it will be very prominent as people drive the Interbelt. I personally believe Cleveland is entering a building boom and this new tower will eventually blend in with others that follow.

Not sure if this is an April fools joke. But I found this proposal today for the new Cuyahoga county jail.

Hopefully, the Justice Center courts would be moved to this facility, even though judges, many of whom reportedly live in the Edgewater district and western suburbs, wouldn't be happy. It would seem like a waste of money to constantly transport prisoners between this site and downtown. Hopefully, the Red Line would never be used for prisoner transports.

These towers are much better looking than the Justice Center and actually might complement downtown. Of course, the site vacated by the Justice Center's demolition likely could be put to much better use economically.

Most likely. A post on Facebook about new bike lanes being installed in the Squirrel Hill Tunnel here in Pittsburgh has proven to be an April Fool's joke after it went viral.
