Some more:
1. Take a hike in Lakeview cemetery - got to add that for sure. Most of the roads are paved so a bike would work well too, possibly roller blades. But walking is the best because it will allow you time to smell the daffodils, or touch the large Tulip trees just south of Wade Chapel. If you have a bit of stress, sit down and look up at the large trees.
2. Jot down on a piece of paper, the top three accomplishments you're most proud of. Doesn't matter if one of them isn't "walked on the moon" or "invented string theory". These are the accomplishments YOU are most proud of. Its all about you.
3. Get some wheat bread, olive oil, and dill weed. Pour olive oil on plate, sprinkle dill on olive oil, soak bread in oil and eat. This is your communion, you've risen. happy easter

Food for thought:
1. You can get small or large bottles of carrot juice at the local grocery. A cup per day for: Increased metabolism, Stronger vision, Improved skin, Boosted immune system, Reduced cancer risk.
2. Make a pizza, the old fashioned way. Add a bunch of vegetables and your favorite pizza sauce and of course cheese. Eating should be easy and healthy and it will reduce stress/anxiety.
3. Fresh, live cultured Sauerkraut. Try Cleveland Kraut or Wake Robin or other local brands. I love eating it out of the bag, available in the refrigerated section at your local grocer, near the carrot juice most likely. Probiotic, helps ward off what ills ya.
