Hey all! It's been a while.

All good and still teaching in CAL.

Nearing retirement at age 56. We still have our condo downtown and plan to be in CLE 6 months and a day per year. I need info on purchasing health insurance.

Do you have any recommendations for a broker or ? It's time to look at plans.

Thanks!

Rob

If you will relocate your small business to Cleveland, check out the insurance plan offered by the Council of Smaller Enterprises if you qualify for membership.

Medical Mutual is the largest local health insurer.

IMO, make certain any plan covers both the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals systems.

Similar age. We use Oscar from the exchange. All Cleveland Clinic resources are in-network, plus free virtual care 24-7 as needed. Service is good, and the technology (apps and such) are effective.

It’s not cheap though. Definitely shop around, but last I checked, Oscar was the only exchange plan that CC accepted. Good luck!
