Hello~
My husband and I are relocating to Ohio for a few years and we are looking to rent a house in Independence, Parma, Parma Heights, Broadview Heights, North Royalton or Brecksville for $1000 or less. I have been searching the internet but I have not had a lot of luck. We will be flying out to Ohio on the 14th to look for a place and I was wondering if anyone could give me some info on where I could look or who I can call.

Thanks so much.

I suggest calling a realtor. Many times, there is a rental department.

These are very much bedroom communities. Most are nice though I suggest avoiding Parma & Parma Heights.

Another one you may want to try is Strongsville.

why avoid parma & parma heights? I am attending grad school in independence and those are the areas that the school said would be best. I have been e-mailing back and forth with the housing advisor (about certain locations, etc) and she has not said anything either.

For a nice place in those suburbs, you'll have to pay more than $1,000/month. Maybe Parma/Parma Hts. Maybe.
