Hello I am moving to Cleveland in May to attend Grad School at Case Western University. My boyfriend's home is in the suburbs and he has a good job he is living there now to save money. We are looking to move somewhere around cleveland as soon as I graduate in May. We are looking to rent. It does not have to be super close to Case or the east suburbs (where my bf works) but a reasonable distance. We are in our 20s. We would perfer not living in a large apartment complex... a small apartment, duplex, or townhouse would all be nice. We would like to be close to the metroparks. I come from a rural town and I need trees and grass. We also want to be close to the metroparks because we are both elite runners and I am continuing my training. So being close to the metroparks is very important to us. Rent could be about $700 a month. It would be nice to pay less to save money for a house, however, if there is a nice place in the location we want we would be willing to pay a little more. If you can give me any advice that would be great. Thanks.

off the top I would say: Cleveland Hts., University Hts., South Euclid, Shaker Hts. Look into all those areas.

It depends on how far your willing to drive, but those areas I mentioned are all pretty close.
