My friends and I are heading to Cleveland for a few days soon. I am trying to come up with a list of places to eat and things to do. Any suggestions?

A little expensive but XO Prime Steaks in the Warehouse District is my personal favorite for steaks.

It says business casual on their website but I've gotten away with wearing jeans and a polo before. I think it really depends on what time you go. If you go on Friday or Saturday around 7 they might be a little pickier, but if you go earlier than that or during the week when the restaurant isn't too busy then they won't care.
