I'm absolutely certain there is (or was) RC Cola outside of Cleveland.

I can recall an "All in the Family" episode where Mike (Meathead) expresses his preference for "Royal Crown Cola". His wife, Gloria, insists he can't tell the difference and proceeds to give him a taste test -- blindfolded, he has to taste RC and two other kinds of cola and has to guess which is which -- and he passes.

Is calling miniature golf "putt-putt" a Cleveland thing?
