... for "Most Drinking Places".

(That's the Tremont area, I think??!!??)

LOL Was poking around and found the "Top 101 Lists" section of City-Data.

Pretty amazing the number of stats this place tracks. Wish I would have come up with the idea for this site.

And you were telling some of us NOT to track crime

I'm looking at a map of the 44113 zip code and it's not surprising that it got that ranking.

It includes western downtown, most of the flats, all of Ohio City and Tremont, whiskey island, and a small part of Clark-Fulton north of Clark up until 65th. Definitely a ton of bars and drunks in that area lol.

Edit: I'm looking at the list you're talking about and several other Ohio zip codes made the list as well. #37-43215(Downtown Columbus), #44-45202(Downtown Cincinnati), #69-44035(Elyria), #70-43612(Northern Toledo), #91-44870(Sandusky), #92-43701(Zanesville Area).

Come on, this is way more interesting than "Gee, another person got shot in the 'hood. I better moralize from my oversized lot out in Sagamore Heights or Highland Hills or whatever no-place."

44113 is basically Ohio City and Tremont down to Clark Avenue as well as downtown west of Ontario Street. So yeah, good place for nightlife.

I grew up in 44113, in what seems like a lifetime ago. Back then it was a declining area and notorious for being a rough part of town... by West Side standards, at least.

Glad to see my old zip code get some positive recognition.
