What do yall think of The Ave.Saint Clair does not have much buisness or anything on it.All of the buildings on it are either boarded up or just closed. There is also alot of drug dealers on The Ave too.I used to live on 185th about 3/4 of a mile away from St. Clair and it seems like it gets worse everytime Im back there and I get back there alot.I just wanted some other peoples opinions on what they think of St. Clair.

St Clair has business clusters all along it. There's a big one from East 55th to Rockefeller Park. Then there's one at East 105th and St Clair, Then one at the intersection of Shaw, yet another at the intersection of E. 140th and another at E. 152nd. Then in North Collinwood there's alot of light manufacturing businesses that obviously wouldn't have retail stores.

Are you sure all the buildings on it are boarded up or closed? Because I was on St Clair Friday and it has abandoned structures, but not like your describing.

Does anyone remember an individual or business owned by a John Denoic 4054 St Clair Ave? This would have been early 1900s. I have a Croation Tambura that was made by him. Just trying to find information about it.

Default West St. Clair or St. Clair ?

Just to throw this out there , the street known as St. Clair Avenue is more then a 20 mile road way , I guess you need to know about the area known as North Colliwood ? Things change , people work to make it better
or choice not to , But I guess you had to move , or thought you had to get out, so why post , HAS ANYONE NOTICED HOW "BAD" ST CLAIR LOOKS?

Yea, I use to stay on 152nd and they do have a lot of new homes on the end you are talking about. I would still be careful though.
