I dont know if I have this in the right forum, but, I'll give it a shot.
Im trying to find out if there is a demand for rental housing out in the county, say, Lenoir Co. Wayne Co ?
My family is in a situation in that we need to make a descision on wether or not to rent our homes and move.
We really are trying to stay away from a realtor as far as managing the rentals. We know we could manage,but,we have no idea if there is a demand for house rentals with a commute of approx. 25 miles?
Any help in finding the answer without contacting a managing realtor would be appreciated.
