Referral needed for realtor SJP, Southport and surrounding areas (Wilmington: to rent, home)

We will be visiting the Wilmington area in early March and also want to look at SJP and the South Port area. We initially expect to rent for 3-12 months, but would like to get an idea of what housing costs and styles are in this area. (much different than our current home in Arizona, I'm sure!)

We are younger retirees and our preference is to find a community with that demographic and some amenities included.
