Hampstead and Topsail Schools? (Wilmington: kindergarten, rated, systems)

Hello,

I just got back from visiting Wilmington with my family and have a daugther starting kindergarten. What are your experiences with the Topsail schools?

my son is still too young for school, but the Topsail School systems are the highest rated in the area, which is one of the reasons we relocated to Hampstead.
