“Frozen in time” is the descriptive best suited for the Crystal Coast real estate market. With few variations, a bump here-a nudge there-not much has changed over the past 5 years.

Let’s start off with the good news first. August sales are the best they’ve been in 5 years. Not by much but at least it’s forward progress. 20% of all home sales during the month were either bank owned or short sales.

Pre 2008, what was the normal percentage of bank and short sales Bill?
