Hello,
Ive noticed Beachhouseyachtclub.com has a boat slips for sale around 20k right now
$20000 Boat Slip for Sale in Surf City, NC (Convenient) (Surf City)

I wanted to know if this is a good price for what i am getting?

Ive also noticed they are going to rebuild their entire dock with parking and building.

I mean would it be smart to get in now before the building starts to get a spot cheap or would it be wise to wait?

We have been here two years, and they have been selling dry slips at that site for $20K in every issue of the magazines. I'm not sure there is enough demand to cause the prices to rise.

I think you have to compare the cost of buying with the cost of renting a place to store the boat for X years. Most people I know have a place to store boats in their yards, or in a community "corral".
